Week 6

A visualization for trees' location and their condition from data 1995 Street Tree Census
Hello, I'm Zoe Liu. I’m interested in the systems and structures—visible or invisible—that shape human experience. My creative process often begins with observation and introspection, then moves toward constructing visual narratives that examine memory, ambiguity, and the passage of time. I approach design as a tool not only for communication but for reflection.

For this project, I chose to create a night sky filled with twinkling stars, which incorporates the diary I previously submitted. I see the night sky as representing my current mood most of the time, but the stars which shining in different sizes and brightness are symbolize my expectations for the future. The GUI also helps me express this idea, since in fact I can adjust the GUI (like my mindset) to make the stars shine brighter and appear larger
