Bacteria in petri dish

Code can be useful in a multitude of ways, but I'd like to use code to create simple animations that relay to my thesis (which in some parts deals with comparison of the cellular level to human viscera to global scale, and how they are all so similar.) To continue this idea, I'd like to explore more concepts of the body, how it compares to flora and fauna, materials, molecular structures, land, and sea.
